Terms of Service

1. The service

InterviewDeck is a self-serve drafting tool for one specific interview. You submit a target job description, resume text, and an optional concern note. We return a free preview and, if you pay, a full personalized cram deck delivered as a printable PDF and a hosted page.

2. No interview-outcome guarantee

InterviewDeck does not guarantee offers, interview success, recruiter responses, or any employment result. The output is preparation assistance only. You remain responsible for reviewing and adapting the deck before walking into the interview.

3. Your submissions

You represent that you have the right to submit the text you provide and to instruct us and our providers to process it for this service. Do not submit highly sensitive data, payment card numbers outside Stripe Checkout, or third-party confidential materials you are not authorized to share.

4. Pricing, delivery, and refunds

The current listed price for one interview deck is $19 unless a different price is shown at checkout. Delivery normally occurs through a hosted deck page and delivery email within ~90 seconds after payment clears.

Our refund posture: if the deck fails our quality gate or you never opened the artifact, we refund automatically. Concretely, two automatic paths run from the deck page through Stripe — if our pipeline flagged the deck as failed (the generator errored, grounding rejected the output, or the deck missed our quality gate after retries) you may refund within 90 days of the order; if our logs show you never opened or downloaded the deck after delivery you may refund within 30 days. Outside those paths, refunds are discretionary; email interviewdeck@forage.bot and we will work it out case-by-case except where non-waivable law requires otherwise.

5. AI limitations

The service uses automated systems and third-party AI providers. Outputs can still be incomplete, awkward, or wrong. Even though the product is designed to stay grounded in your supplied evidence (every STAR draft quotes a verbatim slice of the resume you provided; every predicted question is anchored to a verbatim phrase from the JD), you must verify the final deck yourself before using it in an interview.

6. Reminder emails

If you opt in to the 24h-before reminder, we will send one email before your stated interview time. Every reminder email contains a one-click cancel link and a pause link that halt future scheduled sends. Reminder emails are not part of the core deliverable and their delivery is on a best-effort basis.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use InterviewDeck to generate fraudulent interview materials, impersonate another person, violate the law, or submit information you do not have permission to provide.

8. License to output

Subject to these terms and payment of applicable fees, you may use the delivered deck for your own interview preparation. We retain all rights in the service itself, including the site, prompts, software, and operating methods.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, InterviewDeck is provided “as is” without warranties, and our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
